Here's what you can expect as a Paralegal II – Real Estate at DaVita: This position is responsible for preparing, organizing and reviewing documents on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working collaboratively with a high performing team of paralegals, drafting and engaging in preliminary negotiations on lease renewal and other lease-related amendments and supporting documents, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals and deadlines, partnering with real estate and business teams regarding projects, potentially leading special projects, and ensuring renewals are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. An individual in this position will work closely with internal and external business partners and outside counsel when necessary to provide service excellence. The right person for this role will be a team player, will be able to work effectively across many different teams and will have the ability to work autonomously to successfully drive and manage lease renewals and process improvements. This position is based in Denver, Colorado. Our world-class real estate legal team supports every aspect of managing DaVita’s real estate portfolio.
