Paralegal - Litigation
About The Position
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., is seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal for our Gainesville office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience; transactional experience is a plus. Keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills, are essential for this position. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills — both verbal and written. Routine duties include drafting pleadings, calendaring key dates, experience with e-discovery software, and other day-to-day case management duties. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) We provide a professional work environment, a competitive compensation package, and comprehensive insurance benefits.
