About The Position

The Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and the broader organization. This role owns the full contract lifecycle within LinkSquares and plays a key role in managing commercial agreements, risk mitigation, and legal governance standards across the company. You'll also support Omni Fiber's damage claim process and help ensure compliance, documentation integrity, and operational efficiency company-wide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification.
  • 3+ years of paralegal or contract administration experience.
  • Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (LinkSquares preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, ROEs, and vendor contracts.
  • Experience tracking renewals, deadlines, and compliance obligations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure-based organizations.
  • Experience supporting damage or insurance claims processes.
  • Familiarity with indemnity provisions, insurance requirements, and vendor compliance standards.
  • Experience coordinating with outside counsel.
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Background improving contract tracking systems and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full contract lifecycle in LinkSquares: intake, review coordination, routing, execution tracking, and post-execution administration.
  • Draft, format, and redline MSAs, SOWs, ROEs, NDAs, amendments, and vendor agreements.
  • Track key dates, renewals, notice periods, expirations, and compliance obligations.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository with strong version control and documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate review workflows across Finance, Construction, Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership.
  • Prepare executive summaries and risk overviews related to contractual matters.
  • Support and manage the company's damage claim process, including documentation intake, claim tracking, insurance coordination, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized claim logs and provide executive-level reporting on claim status.
  • Review indemnification, insurance, limitation of liability, and performance provisions for consistency with company standards.
  • Assist with litigation preparation and coordination with outside counsel as needed.
  • Support policy development and governance documentation.
  • Ensure vendor onboarding documentation aligns with procurement and insurance requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in contract and claims management workflows.
