We’re building and operating billions of dollars in assets and seeking people eager to develop, build, and operate one of the world’s largest renewables and storage portfolios About This Role The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and processing various contracts to support commercial and legal teams, maintaining and developing processes and/or tools that allow for effectiveness and efficiencies inside the legal department, form and maintain corporate entities including coordination with third parties and government bodies, prepare and maintain corporate records including minutes and resolutions, participate in due diligence efforts and provide corporate-focused support for financings and commercial transactions, support business units and attorneys in managing corporate functions like policy development and intellectual property matters as well as project development, construction, operations and trading matters, conduct onboarding on legal processes and tools for new employees, interface with outside counsel and third party vendors to support the corporate legal department, and assist attorneys in special projects as assigned. Team Overview The Legal – Development, Operations, and Governance team consists of multiple attorneys and paralegals and operates under the leadership of the EVP & GC, Head of Legal – Development, Operations, and Governance. The team provides legal support across the organization on corporate governance matters, contract management, and project-related activities, and collaborates with other departments on key business initiatives, including financing transactions and other strategic efforts.
