About The Position

Founded in the 1930’s, we are a mid size plaintiff law firm recognized for
personal injury and wrongful death recoveries. Recently, we have secured over 40
verdicts ranging from $500,000 to $50 million.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our
plaintiff-side personal injury team. This is a hands-on role supporting complex
injury cases from discovery through trial, arbitration, mediation, and
settlement.

After 90 days, able to work from home on Fridays.

Requirements

• Recent Med Mal Paralegal experience

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including interrogatories, notices to produce, depositions, and IMEs
• Track trial schedules, coordinate client and expert availability, and manage deadlines
• Retain and support experts, including IMEs, Affidavits of Merit, reports, and invoices
• Handle liens, including Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare providers; verify payments and secure final liens at settlement
• Draft, serve, and manage discovery responses; handle motions, arbitrations, and mediations
