From that point forward, we strive to deliver results that are expected by our clients. The Cyber Litigation Group in our Philadelphia, PA Office is looking for a Paralegal to join our growing team.

Requirements

High School diploma with degree in higher education required (preferably cybersecurity)
2-5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, data analysis, and research required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

College degree in Cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate litigation intake forms on all first-party cases to assist in determining what additional information is needed in order to make a liability assessment.
Coordinate with forensic teams to determine additional information needed for file.
Prepare initial summary of breach and response, assist in identifying early issues.
Assist in creating a library of information and resources which can be used in arguments during motions practice.
Create a brief bank/team library of resources.
