Park District Soccer Coach
About The Position
Get paid to be outside! Lead fun soccer practices for kids ages 4–13 this spring. No experience required — training provided. We are hiring Youth Soccer Coaches for our fun and organized spring soccer league, working with children ages 4–13. This is a great opportunity for high school students, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and staying active outdoors. Perfect part-time job around school, sports, or another job. We prefer coaches who can attend all three sessions each week, but we’re flexible — even if you can only make two, we’d love to have you on the team!
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Reliable and able to commit to the full April–May season
- Enjoy working with children
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Responsibilities
- Lead soccer practices and game activities
- Teach basic soccer skills in a fun, positive environment
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
- Manage a small team of players
- Communicate professionally with parents and league staff
- Help create a safe and energetic experience for all players
