WHAT OUR PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS DO Our Park Maintenance Supervisors oversee waterpark maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence. You’ll lead a team, conduct inspections, and manage preventative maintenance programs to keep attractions and facilities in top condition.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Practical skills and knowledge in one or more trades such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, or small engine repair preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all operational functions to maintain cleanliness, safety, and Guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily inspections of all Guest areas and facilities to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure the safety of all waterpark attractions, facilities, and equipment and compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
  • Maintain appropriate levels within critical parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various equipment including attractions.
  • Document inspections, corrective actions, and repairs in logbooks and checklists.
  • Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with training and coaching team members to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback as needed.
  • Address Guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and ensure all incidents are properly reported.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless Guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support park operations.
