Raffle Parking is seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Parking Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining parking operations at Sugar Land Town Square. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to actively patrol the property on foot. Requirements
- Authorized to work in U.S.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Comfortable walking for extended periods
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service while engaging with guests on property.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with posted rules.
- Issue parking violations to vehicles that fail to pay.
- Enforce parking regulations in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
- Actively patrol the property on foot throughout the shift.
