Parking Attendant
About The Position
Serve patrons by showing high standards of guest service at all times, thus providing a helpful and friendly environment. Applicant must be able to multitask while working in parking lots, including answering general questions about Dow Diamond, scanning parking passes during check-in, and selling parking passes with Clutch! (mobile parking system) and accurately flagging cars. You will be responsible for working safely at all times. Loons Expectations: Qualified candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individuals who truly enjoy having FUN. Must be able to work flexible hours, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Applicants for this position must be at least 16 years old. Physical Demands & Work Environment: The following physical demands are essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use their hands or fingers for tasks such as typing or keying. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Ability to withstand outdoor elements: heat or cold, as well as being on your feet for extended periods of time, possibly in one spot. Applicant must also be able to do the following: climb stairs.
