About The Position

Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. What we're looking for: Issue tickets to customers and record the required information on each ticket. Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace-period tickets) in accordance with company policy, including completing the applicable form. Carefully document and record all garage access badge scans Provide the company’s standards of service to each customer, including maintaining the required uniform appearance , answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit. May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists. Be able to lift parking equipment according to the event's setup

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • High School degree preferred but not required.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items , up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customers
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Available Mornings, Evenings, Overnight

Nice To Haves

  • Parking Attendant: 1 year+
  • Customer service: 1 year+
