Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service or parking management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Proficient in using parking management software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to ensure smooth parking operations.
• Assist customers with parking instructions and inquiries in a friendly manner.

• Manage cash transactions and process payments for parking fees.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits.
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the management promptly.
