We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for our Parking Enforcement Patroller position at our parking facilities throughout Indianapolis, IN. Here’s what you’ll do: Travel throughout the Indianapolis area and be responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities. Identify and cite parking violators. Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.). Audit monthly parking users by location. Communicate with the Indianapolis Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues. Here’s what we’re looking for: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. Outstanding organization and time management skills. Comfortable with using new technology. Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision as required. Ability to work outside year-round. Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
