Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Neat appearance.
- Positive attitude - this job is guest service oriented due to the fact the Parking Lot Attendant is the first person our guests may encounter daily.
- Good communication skills.
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people
Responsibilities
- Excellent guest service is required.
- Collects parking fees and distribution of daily parking passes
- Safe and orderly parking of incoming traffic.
- Daily trash pickup from parking lots and along village lot boundaries.
- Keeps all signs, cones, and marker poles straight and visible.
- Enforces parking rules (reports violators to Supervisor/Foreman).
- Ropes, stanchions and cones daily deployment and removal
- Assists troubled guests when possible.
