Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations. Monitor location activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed. Maintain continual communication with the client, customers, and corporate leadership. Maintain a clean business environment, including ensuring that signage and displays are appropriately positioned, visible, and updated with accurate rates. Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers and/or Clients upon request. Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, and counseling process of team members to ensure that performance standards are met. Maximize profitability by controlling expenses and efficiently manage operational staff. Approve timecards and manage labor hours. Process revenue, create, and manage an annual budget and expenditures. Compile location sales data and coordinate with the Company’s audit team to ensure all revenue is captured timely and accurately. Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Work with vendors to ensure that the property is adequately supplied. Report all maintenance and equipment repairs to the client and assist as needed. Manage the parking areas and ensure an efficient traffic flow through the location.
