Under the supervision of a Minister or Director, handle all administrative duties for the ministry area, including: communication, organization, logistics, financial processes, and event preparation and execution, while leveraging who you are and what God has given you for the sake of the Gospel. Position Profile: Exhibit a growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and personal initiative Self-aware, humble and teachable Ability to communicate in a professional manner Detail-oriented and administratively gifted Ability to multi-task, think ahead and solve problems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel required Ability to learn church database software and financial processes A member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church or willing and able to become a member
