Key Responsibilities Assist the culinary team with food preparation for banquets, weddings, and special events Help with basic prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling salads, preparing garnishes, and portioning ingredients Support chefs with plating and finishing dishes during large event service Maintain clean and organized prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up food for banquet service Help restock kitchen supplies, ingredients, and service equipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Work collaboratively with the kitchen and banquet teams to keep service running smoothly Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and resetting kitchen areas Jump in wherever needed during busy service periods Ideal Candidate Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Able to work on their feet and lift up to ~40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior kitchen, prep, or food service experience is helpful but not required Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules Position Details Part-time position Event-driven schedule (busy nights, weddings, tournaments, and banquets) Opportunity to learn kitchen operations and gain culinary experience
