About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with foundational IT knowledge who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will primarily support day-to-day technical needs, including onboarding new employees and maintaining company devices.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Some prior IT experience required (internship, coursework, or entry-level role)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/365
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical team members
• Highly organized and dependable

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires
• Create and manage user accounts, usernames, and system access
• Provide basic technical support for employees (hardware, software, and login issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues in a timely manner
• Assist with equipment inventory and asset tracking
• Ensure all devices are properly updated and secured
• Support IT team with additional tasks and projects as needed
