About The Position

We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person with excellent customer service skills, be able to work at a fast pace environment, detail oriented to clean and maintain a commercial bar setting. While prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred, it is not required. All applicants must successfully pass the HBM prescreen check. Requirements

Must pass HBM prescreen check.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
Applicants must be capable of performing basic manual labor, cleaning common areas, frequently pressing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs. (up to 50 lbs.)
Must be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and stand throughout their shifts.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous janitorial or custodian experience is preferred; willing to train.

Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
Stand and walk for prolonged periods
Communicate effectively in English
Operate a vacuum cleaner for indoor maintenance
Clean restrooms and restock supplies
Sweep, mop, and maintain both interior and exterior floors; clean glass doors and mirrors
Disinfect frequently touched surfaces
Wipe down all tables and chairs
Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas
Maneuver trash bins as needed
Carry out additional duties as assigned by HBM management or the property manager
