The O’Brien Auto Team is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced License & Title Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership license & title experience required
• Strong knowledge of Illinois titling and registration processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time role

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all title paperwork
• Verify costs for registrations, taxes, and title fees
• Track and follow up on title issues, including missing documents or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all title and licensing transactions
• Work closely with the accounting and sales teams to ensure smooth deal processing
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies as needed
