About The Position

Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Lot Technician / Driver to support daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customers and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles including cars and SUVs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles on the dealership lot in an organized and efficient manner
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming vehicle inventory
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, auctions, body shops, or customer locations as needed
• Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged (if applicable), and prepared for display or delivery
• Install dealer tags, stock numbers, and other required inventory materials
• Support sales and service departments with vehicle staging and movement
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic laws while operating vehicles
