Jovie of CA, WA, and MNSan Carlos, CA

About The Position

A bit about us: We’re a lively crew of 5, and our house is never boring! Think farmer’s market adventures, bike and scooter rides, epic board game battles, and lots of music (bonus points if you can carry a tune!) We respect our kids’ thoughts and feelings, so we encourage their independence, questions, and big feelings. Both of us parents work hybrid schedules and will be out of the house 2–3 days a week. Our 7-year-old is a rule-following, chess whiz. He loves Science, climbing, biking, and Legos. Our 6-year-old is the family comedian—her mission in life is to make her brother laugh! She’s all about art, storytelling, and sparkly things. Our 4-year-old is a cuddlebug with lots of personality. She’s into climbing, gymnastics, and all things artsy. A bit about you: You’re a morning superstar who loves chatting, storytelling, and getting the day started with positive vibes. You’re patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy playing and engaging with kids. You know how to keep things fun, but structured. You possess great time management skills and can be a little firm when needed. You’re confident managing little ones’ safety whether walking or driving them to school (and summer camps).
