About The Position

ServiceFM LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Custodian to join our custodial team at a school/church facility in the Belmont area. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred
Consistent and reliable attendance, with strong punctuality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Must successfully pass a background check to work in a school environment
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including walking, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 pounds, pulling, and pushing
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service mindset
Works well independently and as part of a team
Able to accurately track and log work hours using a smartphone or mobile device

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping (wet and dry), dusting, and vacuuming
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, classrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria, and common areas
Emptying trash and picking up debris from the floors and grounds
Cleaning interior windows and doors
Event setup and breakdown (e.g., furniture moves, assembly setups)
Floor and carpet maintenance (especially during school breaks)
Secure all buildings at the end of each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Support weekend cleaning for scheduled events
