The Maintenance Training Administrative Assistant assists in the management of maintenance training policies, procedures, curriculum, FAA Part 147 records, and program assessment. This position provides administrative support to the director, staff, faculty, and students of the Maintenance Training department as we seek to make the Gospel available to every person. Encourage student development by discipleship through intentional care. Assist in scheduling department academic and event calendars. Supervise facility janitors (student workers). Gather and track program assessment information. Oversee special events for maintenance students. Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and correspondence. Attend instructor meetings as assigned to record minutes and assist with other tasks. Assist with department staff and faculty needs. Assist with setting course evaluation dates and system setup. Assist with special project planning and oversight as requested. Assist in the preparation of the Maintenance Training department budget. Assist with recruiting opportunities as assigned. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
