About The Position

Fowler Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Part Time Parts Driver. This position will deliver and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle in heavy traffic and drive up to 250 miles per day.
• Must be courtesy & professional while driving and must obey all traffic laws.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to take orders for pick-ups or deliveries without hesitation.
• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Pull the correct parts and quantities for a delivery or a ship out.
• Unloads truck each night.
• Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Responsible for returning cash or check, along with proper invoice, to the cashier office.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
