Requirements

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Colorado or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degree
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
  • Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
