About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Property Maintenance worker. This role focuses on keeping residential/commercial properties clean, presentable, and well-maintained through general outdoor labor and basic groundskeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience with lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, or general labor preferred (but not required – we will train the right person)
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Punctual and dependable with good communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property clean-up (trash pickup, debris removal, leaf/rake work, etc.)
• Mow lawns and trim edges using push mowers, string trimmers, and other basic equipment
• Handle other general labor / “grunt work” tasks as assigned (e.g., basic landscaping, pressure washing, minor cleanup after weather events, loading/unloading materials)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions and report any issues or needed repairs to supervisor
