About The Position

GENE MESSER FORD LUBBOCK is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a PART TIME RECEPTIONIST to our team. This part-time position requires Saturday coverage and additional weekday shifts. The schedule averages 25–30 hours per week. The pay for this role is $12 hour. Requirements

Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Superior customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
Additional administrative responsibilities.
Operate an internet based phone system.
Handle multiple lines.
