About The Position

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and service-minded Part-Time Receptionist to support our Draper campus and serve as a welcoming presence for students, visitors, and colleagues alike. What You’ll Do As our Receptionist, you’ll be a goodwill ambassador for Joyce University and a key connector across campus. Your work helps create a supportive, professional, and caring experience for everyone we serve. In this role, you will: Greet and assist students, campus visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate teams Monitor the front desk and waiting area to ensure visitors are welcomed and supported promptly Support Admissions and campus teams with administrative projects and correspondence Administer admissions testing for prospective students (TEAS and/or Wonderlic) Maintain confidentiality of current and prospective student information Process tuition, fee, and miscellaneous payments as needed Provide support for campus events such as orientations, graduations, and special programs Assist with meeting setup and light facilities coordination as needed Perform daily walk-throughs to report maintenance or cleaning needs Support general clerical and office tasks as assigned Occasional early mornings, evenings or Saturday hours may be required. Requirements

  • A High School Diploma (required)
  • 2–3 years of administrative or customer service experience (academic setting preferred)
  • Comfort working with Outlook email and calendars
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate’s Degree (preferred)
  • Campus Nexus experience a plus
