Salary for this position is based on level of experience. In this role you will: Support the needs outlined in the customer contact while ensuring positive customer experience and client satisfaction. Leverage appropriate technology and office equipment to complete projects, escalating service repairs to the appropriate individuals when applicable. Ensure appropriate inventory supplies in order to meet project needs. Anticipate and correct problems within area of operation. Collaborate with team members on special requests for respective area. Provide day to day operational client support in Shipping and Receiving Ensure all inbound, outbound, and interoffice mail items are processed or delivered in a timely basis throughout the client campus, collaborating with team members as needed. Process initial mail sorting and deliver appropriate items with mail cart. Assist with outgoing mail processing needs. Provide reporting data related to delivery timing, volumes, and outgoing mail to the Onsite Services Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work the standard hours of the position as determined by the customer.
  • Dependable and ability to serve as a professional representative of the Gordon Flesch Company.
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computer, printer, fax machine, phone systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to stand or walk the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact in a consistent, positive manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail.
