Requirements
- Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Actuary/Statistics; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
- Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- This position NOT available to students on immigration visas
Nice To Haves
- Background in quality and process controls
- Familiar with PowerBi and data analysis software
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of various functions within a cast iron foundry
Responsibilities
- Develop tools to aid in process control and data analysis
- Identify, analyze and apply information to support issue resolution
- Participate in developmental assignments to gain experience
- Perform activities according to project plans and schedule
