Requirements

  • Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Actuary/Statistics; others may apply
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university
  • Graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
  • Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
  • This position NOT available to students on immigration visas

Nice To Haves

  • Background in quality and process controls
  • Familiar with PowerBi and data analysis software
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of various functions within a cast iron foundry

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools to aid in process control and data analysis
  • Identify, analyze and apply information to support issue resolution
  • Participate in developmental assignments to gain experience
  • Perform activities according to project plans and schedule
