About The Position

Jeff Wyler FT Mitchell Mercedes is "Now Hiring" a Part Time Valet! A Service Valet is a frontline customer service and vehicle logistics team member in the service department. You help ensure a smooth service experience by safely moving customer and dealer vehicles, supporting service advisors, and representing the dealership professionally. Greet customers professionally when they arrive for service. Answer basic questions, assist customers to the service reception area, and direct them as needed. Provide courteous support and a luxury brand experience at every interaction Safely drive and park customer and dealer vehicles throughout the service area. Retrieve vehicles from the service lane when repairs/maintenance are complete. Keep service driveways and lots orderly to maintain efficient traffic flow. Shuttle vehicles for loaner use, dealer transfers, or deliveries as directed Record vehicle details (e.g., mileage, VIN, existing damage) during check-in. Install and remove protective materials (seat covers, floor mats, car tags). Maintain cleanliness of vehicles before delivery (e.g., quick exterior wipe, interior tidy). Assist in maintaining customer lounge and service areas (restocking amenities, cleaning). Communicate with service advisors about vehicle status and customer need

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles of various sizes.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented, organized, punctual, with a positive attitude
