About The Position

As the Specialist, Partner Engagement, you’ll work with the Strategic Engagement Team (SET) to strengthen institutional partnerships through alumni engagement, peer advocacy, and on-campus initiatives. You’ll activate and manage CEA CAPA’s Alumni Ambassador Program, support campus engagement efforts, and collaborate with Institutional Relations, Marketing, and Enrollment teams to increase program visibility and partner engagement. In this role, you’ll also leverage CEA CAPA’s gamification platform, Passport, to support alumni engagement and content development while helping lead initiatives that improve partner collaboration and student outreach across your region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in student engagement, relationship management, or advocacy marketing.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse and underrepresented student populations in study abroad.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and departments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with gamification platforms or CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Project management, mentorship, or leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, including Microsoft platforms, marketing tools, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Activate Alumni Ambassadors, SET Interns, and Peer Advisors to engage prospective students and campus partners through digital and on-campus initiatives.
  • Coordinate ambassador participation to ensure strong engagement and successful program completion.
  • Serve as a key contact for university partners and campus stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication and strengthening institutional relationships.
  • Represent CEA CAPA at campus events by coordinating logistics, resources, and student or partner meetings.
  • Develop campus engagement strategies by analyzing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and adjusting outreach plans to meet partner needs.
  • Support recruitment, application review, and onboarding for Alumni Ambassadors, SET Interns, and Peer Advisors.
  • Identify content opportunities and connect ambassadors with projects that highlight access, opportunity, and student impact.
  • Lead cross-team projects and support initiatives that expand student engagement and campus visibility.
  • Partner with Institutional Relations, Marketing, and Enrollment teams to align engagement activities with organizational goals.
  • Track campus and program data to report outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor engagement within CEA CAPA Passport and report on program performance.
  • Resolve campus challenges by addressing student concerns, event needs, and partner requests.
