About The Position

As a Partner Event Marketing Manager, you will work with an ecosystem of partners—including manufacturers, resellers, distributors, and managed service providers—to maximize partner impact across events. You will collaborate closely with Field Marketing teams responsible for overall first-party and third-party event strategy, as well as Partner Marketing teams that manage go-to-market initiatives and marketing development funds (MDF), where events are a core component. This is an external-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills. You should be decisive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams with a shared sense of ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in event marketing with a proven track record
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company-led events focused on partner audiences from end to end, including creative development, brand guideline adherence, content development, agency and budget management, stakeholder engagement, lead management, and sales alignment. Travel as needed to manage events.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing teams on company-led and third-party events that are customer-focused, coordinating partner support, engagement, and amplification while ensuring partner solutions and product portfolios are effectively represented.
  • Work directly with partners on MDF-funded, partner-led events, ensuring optimized execution and accurate tracking of performance. Gather and share insights on the most effective partner-led event strategies.
  • Develop scalable, global assets and tools that internal teams and partners can leverage to enhance event execution and presence.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed, including creative, production, and event agencies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement. Produce weekly and quarterly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
