We are looking for a high-slope Partner Marketing Manager to help build and represent Rillet’s partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and community. You will work closely with strategic partners across the fintech, accounting, and SaaS ecosystem to strengthen relationships and expand how Rillet shows up alongside them in the market. You will be the face of Rillet at partner events, ecosystem gatherings, and co-marketing initiatives, helping establish strong relationships and creating opportunities for deeper collaboration. This is not a purely operational role. You will spend significant time building real relationships with partners, identifying ways to work together, and turning those relationships into meaningful GTM programs. We are looking for a curious, high-agency builder who enjoys being external, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to help establish the foundation of Rillet’s partner ecosystem as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in partner marketing, partnerships, marketing, or GTM roles at SaaS or fintech companies
  • Strong relationship builder who is comfortable representing a company externally
  • High slope operator who learns quickly and thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and highly collaborative
  • Bias toward action and ownership
  • Comfortable traveling for partner events and ecosystem gatherings
  • Interest in fintech, accounting, or the financial systems powering modern companies

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across fintech, accounting, and the broader SaaS ecosystem
  • Represent Rillet at partner events, ecosystem gatherings, and industry conferences
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partners and help deepen collaboration across teams
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, and partner-led programs
  • Work with partners to ensure they understand how to position and talk about Rillet effectively
  • Support partner launches, announcements, and ecosystem storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to turn partner relationships into pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and strengthen Rillet’s presence in the ecosystem
