About The Position

So much money to spend, not enough people to spend it. The Partner Marketing Specialist will assist the Performance Marketing Manager to drive efficient media spend to grow the demand for the business. They will be responsible for 5-7 Partnerships, once fully trained, and they will be expected to provide management with reports and communication, while keeping their Partnerships aligned with our KPIs. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands basic mathematics to the extent that you can contextualize presented data
  • An eye for trends and patterns
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership

  • Knowledge of other Data Management Software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage over $12 million dollars in annual spend to drive high ROI
  • Drive marketing spend to achieve business KPIs
  • Lead regular meetings with lead generation partners
  • Negotiate pricing and budget allocation with partners
  • Ensure consistent quality and quantity of lead flow through analysis and communication
  • Evaluate existing customer deals with an eye for additional opportunities to grow business
  • Provide daily reports to management and partners
  • Audit systems and processes on a regular basis
  • Quarterly audit vendors to ensure they are compliant with all laws and regulations
  • Project monthly volume
  • Stay up to date on market trends and best practices
  • Optional Traveling to Conferences and Conventions to strengthen existing partnerships
