Summary Partner Program Manager implements Channel Partnerships change initiatives (sales programs, campaigns and activities) defined by Channel and segment teams to improve Channel Partnerships’ performance and grow revenue. They actively participate in creation of new initiatives, deployment and monitor fulfillment of the initiative goals. They also collect feedback from market and contribute to the further initiatives & Global Partner Program development. Job description Evolve the ESET’s Partner programs to drive partner preference towards ESET with existing and new technologies. Develop, maintain and execute Sales Partners Programs, and prepare documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions and rules of engagement with a focus on continuous process improvement. Manage Incentive automation platform, all aspect of vendor relationship, become in-house incentive automation platform Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) source. Create, implement, manage, and report on all partner programs and benefits to ensure complete transparency and value to both internal and external contributors. Define sales program and in cooperation with sales and marketing teams design and implement an execution model of the program, ensuring effective coordination, alignment, and delivery of agreed sales objectives. Act as the focal point for global partner program initiatives for the assigned market Ensure compliance requirements (privacy, security and compliance) Work closely with finance and legal to develop and evolve financial incentives, program budgets and legal agreement structures Maintain and expand program operations for onboarding new partners, ongoing partner enablement at scale, smooth operational processes, staying compliant with legal requirements and program success tracking. Adjust advancing program policies and solution needs over time based upon ESET’s growth in the partner ecosystem. Define project plan and sprints, identify main priorities and timeline, assign local team tasks, follow execution of tasks, liaise progress with global, identify local anomalies. Create communication plan for both internal and external recipients, including all relevant data for the teams to follow, frequency and communication method. Create education and training plan, including all relevant elements based on character of program. Perform local implementation of program, including all necessary communication, education and trainings. Update the program based on defined changes. Share results and best practices with teams in e.g. form of case study after the implementation. Create handover plan for program/ownership and transfer into ELO for the local sales team. Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
