Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Five (5) years in partner management, account management, relationship management, or business development roles.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial services or related industries.
  • Experience working with banks, credit unions, or financial institution ecosystems.
  • Understanding of vendor management processes and compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to integration partnerships or technology vendors (basic understanding is sufficient).
  • Develops trust and credibility with partners and internal teams.
  • Secures favorable agreements while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Works effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Aligns partner activities with business objectives.
  • Resolves conflicts and removes barriers to success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned integration partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Manage partner agreements and amendments in coordination with Legal and Negotiate contract terms that align with SWBC’s business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Ensure all agreements are current, documented, and adhered to by both parties.
  • Act as the bridge between SWBC product teams and integration partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate discussions on new initiatives, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner needs and deliver on commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across multiple FIG product lines.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend actions to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Ensure partners meet SWBC’s compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
  • Escalate and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.
