What Your Impact Is Drive strategic growth of ERM’s Health & Safety and Risk Services across North America. Influence enterprise-wide safety programs for major capital projects and operational facilities. Deliver high-impact solutions in leadership, culture, compliance, and risk management. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in technology, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors. Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of safety leaders. What You'll Bring Required Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health & Safety, Human Factors, Engineering, Science, or related field. Or equivalent experience. 15+ years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experience, including consulting. Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar sales annually and winning strategic projects. Deep expertise in technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus. Strong business acumen and ability to shape client needs at executive levels. Preferred Recognized technical certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar). Established reputation and client network in the local marketplace. Passion for advancing EHS performance and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s full suite of consulting services. Design and implement Health & Safety compliance programs, performance transformation initiatives, and risk management systems. Provide thought leadership on EHS, ESG, and sustainability topics. Develop commercial strategies to secure high-value opportunities aligned with ERM’s global vision. Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering innovation and talent growth. Ensure financial targets, project timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met. For the Partner, Safety Risk Services position, the anticipated annual base pay is $175,00 – $200,000 USD. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). Requirements
