Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS), part of Microsoft’s Worldwide Sales & Solutions (WSS) organization, is accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services, with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high-value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more. As a Partner Solutions Architect Director, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team of Partner Solutions Architects supporting Global System Integrators (GSIs), while acting as a trusted, CTO‑level technical advisor and strategic partner to selected GSIs. You drive partner success by shaping technical strategy, strengthening solution portfolios across Microsoft technologies, and enabling partners to become Frontier companies—helping them lead their own customers on transformative Frontier journeys through innovative use of Agents, Data & AI solutions across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas.
