Who We Are Looking For
You are an established consulting leader with:
10+ years of experience in management consulting
A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader within a recognized consulting firm
A strong commercial network and client footprint in the U.S. (experience Life Sciences is highly valued)
A reputation as a trusted advisor at senior executive level
A distinct entrepreneurial mindset — you build, you lead, you take ownership
You are not only an expert in your field. You are motivated by growing a practice, shaping teams, developing client relationships, and creating measurable impact.
