The Partnering Commercial Assessment Leaders (PCAL) team is part of the Portfolio, Strategy & Insights (PSI) department. Its mission is to shape Roche’s pipeline, improve the portfolio, anticipate needs, and deploy solutions to internal and external customers by providing powerful insights and influencing decisions at the highest level of the Pharmaceutical organization. Your mission as a PCAL is to deliver objective market assessments and valuations of external early and late-stage business opportunities. You are strategic thought partners to Corporate Business Development (CBD) and senior stakeholders in GPS on a range of business and strategic questions related to the path to value and strategic fit of external assets in the existing product portfolio. This critical role connects the commercial and strategic perspective with partnering ambitions and influences enterprise-level decision-making with market potential expertise.
