About The Position

We’re looking for a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to help activate, organize, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, building repeatable systems, and pairing that work with consistent partner-facing outreach. You’ll help clean up and segment an existing partner base, design workflows that prevent future sprawl, and directly engage partners to understand where real “better together” opportunities exist. While this role includes regular outbound partner communication, it is not transactional sales—it’s about activation, enablement, and system-building that drives referrals over time. Important clarity: This is a partner-facing role with meaningful outbound communication expectations. You will spend time on calls and follow-ups with partners each week—but success is defined by building sustainable systems and momentum, not one-off deals. In this role, success will be measured by improved partner responsiveness and engagement, the number of partners activated or re-activated, the quality and clarity of partner segmentation, and the volume and consistency of partner-sourced or partner-influenced referrals. Just as importantly, you’ll be expected to help establish clean CRM hygiene, repeatable workflows, and activation playbooks that make the partner motion easier to scale over time.

  • Academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field -- or equivalent practical experience

  • Capture insights from partner conversations to improve messaging, enablement, and future partner programs

Benefits

  • Immediate access to health, dental, and vision care
  • Early equity in a fast-growing company
