About The Position

The Partnership Manager will own and grow strategic reseller relationships across North America, driving sourced and influenced revenue through high-impact alliances. This role combines field-facing engagement with executive relationship management, ensuring alignment between partner sales teams and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for pipeline development, joint account planning, and deal registration discipline, while enabling and activating partner sales teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape the resale partnership strategy, scale partner motions, and establish a blueprint for future ISV collaborations. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, a track record of driving revenue through partners, and the ability to translate alliance strategy into measurable outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize partnership impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or field sales within SaaS environments
  • Direct experience working with Five9 (required)
  • Strong understanding of resale and ISV partner motions
  • Proven track record of carrying a revenue quota and closing partner-influenced deals
  • Executive presence and credibility in the field with partner leadership
  • Ability to translate alliance strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline generation through strategic reseller partnerships
  • Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and quota attainment
  • Conduct joint account planning across targeted territories and align internal sales with partner field teams
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership and participate in business reviews
  • Deliver enablement sessions and support activation of partner sales teams on product releases, integrations, and campaigns
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, facilitate joint selling motions, and ensure deal registration process compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive co-branded campaigns and regional events that enhance partner engagement
