About The Position

Our Influencer Team plays a vital role in the business as we develop and focus on building out our partnerships team as a key growth area. We’ve seen what our brilliant fans and influencers can do so far for us and we want to scale this FAST. To help us keep growing, we're looking for a driven Partnerships Associate to help power our growth as the world’s #1 complete nutrition brand. You’ll work across podcasts, YouTube creators, influencers, and brand partners to help bring Huel to new audiences. You’ll learn how to build partnerships, manage media buying, and streamline systems to fuel our growth. Here at Huel no day is the same, but here is an insight into your day to day… You'll be leading the end-to-end management of US podcast, influencer, and affiliate partnerships, with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, selecting, negotiating, contracting, launching, and optimizing partnerships. Using data: Industry-specific knowledge and independent judgment to identify which partners, agencies, and platforms align best with our growth objectives and brand strategy. You'll Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across partnership channels. Researching, evaluating, testing, and recommending new tools, technologies, and affiliate platforms to improve reporting, scalability, and performance. Building strong relationships with agencies, networks and influencers – find the best people and partners to work with and build strong long-term relationships

Requirements

  • The role is best suited to someone with around 1-2 years of experience working in podcast, YouTube, influencer and/or marketing in the US market with a brand or agency background.
  • A Driven Mindset: You’re a strong problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth Mindset: Understands how to drive ROI, scale efficiently, and contribute ideas to improve channel strategy.
  • Performance Mindset: Action-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Organization & Prioritisation: Able to manage multiple projects at once, highly organised, and knows how to prioritise.
  • Collaboration: Team player who thrives working cross-functionally with PR, social, brand, and performance marketing teams.
  • Communication: You’ll be a great communicator and have great relationship skills with podcasts, YouTube, influencers, content creators and / or agents.

Nice To Haves

  • Tools & Platforms: Experience using a podcast, influencer and / or marketing tools will be beneifical but not essentual. We use and have used tools like Podscribe, Magellan AI, Upfluence, Aspire, Social Snowball, Archive, Superfiliate, LoudCrowd.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
