We work with some of the world’s largest brands and need the best and the brightest to make them successful. Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer to support their events team on a project. As the UI/UX Designer, you’ll be a part of the Demos & Experiments team, which produces content for various products and solutions. This particular project is dedicated to the Olympics, where you'll serve as the Digital Design Lead for Olympics (Apex Agent) work. You will design and establish digital direction for experiments, film, and other media. We are moving fast and looking for a strong Designer to partner with our team of producers, creatives, and agencies to execute our roadmap. Our client engages with customers every day and in a variety of ways. They prioritize the user experience, especially in events and experiences, by considering all aspects of an attendee’s journey and creating the best experience possible — all while ensuring it feels authentic to their brand.

  • Supporting the Demos and Experiments team by defining the end-to-end design language for key digital experiences.
  • Building visual elements, weaving iconography, typography, color, and space together to help users navigate key experiences.
  • Participating in creative brainstorms and translating creative concepts into key visual art such as illustrations, web experiences, and mobile applications.
  • Creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces for interactive demos, developing designs into interactive prototypes.
  • Acting as the bridge between the internal team and the external agency, ensuring design work aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Reviewing design deliverables from the external agency, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating on revisions.
  • Working closely with other designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design vision is aligned with project goals.
  • An outstanding, diverse portfolio of responsive web design projects and/or mobile applications to which you have contributed +80% of the visual design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to present designs and sell through solutions.
  • +7 years of experience in digital design, preferably interactive websites, and mobile applications.
  • Experience in both digital strategy as well as creative ideation as it relates to interactive products/experiences.
  • Experience within the technology sector or considerable commercial experience in an agency or similar design studio.
  • Understanding of the overall marketing landscape and customer/consumer profiles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • A proven track record of being an independent self-starter.
  • Believes and practices daily that collaboration and inclusion yield the strongest creative.
  • Experience managing design systems in Figma, Sketch, Principle, InVision, etc.
  • Experience with video and photo editing programs (Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with product design requirements for production.
  • Experience working on projects mixing physical and digital elements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience co-leading the development and execution of digital experiences/interactive content.
  • Experience writing, copy editing, and crafting storylines and/or story architectures.
  • Brand or creative experience.
  • Experience working with or at global technology companies with interdisciplinary teams of 10+ people.
