We've just moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with modern workspaces, clean organized parts department, and great tools to help you succeed every day. We're looking for a motivated Parts Advisor(Parts Counterperson) to help serve our retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians with genuine Ford parts and accessories.

Requirements

• Automotive parts knowledge and experience in a retail/wholesale parts environment
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate
• Team player who enjoys working with both customers and fellow employees

Nice To Haves

• Previous Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred (knowledge of Ford parts catalog, OASIS and systems is a big plus)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online requests in a friendly, professional manner
• Help identify the correct parts using Ford systems, parts catalogs, and your knowledge of Ford vehicles
• Pull, fill, and deliver parts orders accurately and efficiently for service writers, technicians, and customers
• Process sales transactions, handle special orders, and follow up on backorders
• Maintain organized inventory, restock shelves, and assist with cycle counts
• Recommend additional/related parts, accessories, and specials to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members to support repeat business
