About The Position
WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING: Support Rockland Parts & Service Department By: Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates Communicating effectively with heavy equipment dealership sales, service, parts, and maintenance teams Resolving customer complaints and providing technical support to customers Maintaining case details in Rockland’s customer complaint reporting system Reviewing warranty claims, service estimates, and work orders Providing quotes for replacement parts and services Creating and processing sales orders Documenting warranty action plans and resolutions and collaborating with the internal teams to prevent issues Providing follow-up support to Rockland customers
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management, planning, organizational and task execution skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt and be flexible with changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a customer service or product support role
- ERP experience
- Desire to learn
Responsibilities
