About The Position

Quantum Lift is looking for a Full Time Parts Clerk at our Warren, MI location. This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime. Any position within the company would require a pre-employment drug screen, a physical exam, and a background check, in addition to complying with random drug screenings once employed. Starting compensation ranges from $20-25/hour. Our Parts Ordering Clerks Typically: Organized Self-Motivated Skilled at Multitasking Good at Problem Solving Enjoy Customer Service and have Strong Customer Relation Skills Possess Clear and Concise Written and Verbal Language Skills Have a basic understanding of Mechanics and Parts Pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and a Background Check Desire to Learn Manage Tasks to Completion Excellent Computer Skills with an emphasis on Office 365 and Excel Enjoy working independently, but can collaborate within a Team

Responsibilities

  • Looking up and Ordering Parts
  • Receiving and Processing Parts
  • Working with Customers to fulfil Orders
  • Reviewing and Approving Work Orders
  • Assisting with Customers’ Quotes
  • Respond to Phone Calls and Email Management
  • Vendor Communication
  • Any Other Administrative Tasks that go with Inventory Management
  • Any Other Duties as Assigned
