About The Position

Sweetwater is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our Service team! The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for direct communication with customers, interaction with vendors, researching parts inquiries, and coordinate shipping of items. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude, and impeccable attention to detail.

Requirements

• General knowledge of Pro-Audio gear
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Ability to maintain Sweetwater standards of customer service and building client and vendor relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and multitask comfortably while coordinating a high volume of open repairs or parts orders

Responsibilities

• Maintain close and constant communication with customers
• Communicate estimates, collect payments, and arrange shipping of parts orders
• Advocate for customers with manufacturers when delays occur
• Facilitate parts inquiries from customers which includes research of service manuals
• Communicate with vendors via email or web portal and provide quotes to customers
• Order, receive, and distribute parts, including packing and shipping out to customers
